These are some symptoms, everyone is different – we don’t all experience the same symptoms. Some will over-eat rather than experience a loss of appetite, similarly with many of the others.

  • Lack of energy and zero motivation
  • Always tired
  • Feeling sluggish and flat
  • Wanting to be left lone
  • Wanting to disappear
  • Ignoring phone calls and messages – ignoring the world
  • Not being able to imagine a future

  • Getting annoying easily and snappy at times
