Breaking the Stigma . . .
My Mental Health Talks is for anyone struggling with their mental health. If you are reading this then I hope this site and my words can help you feel less alone. I know how terrifying it is to be experiencing anxiety and depression whether you have experienced these before or not. It is a feeling so poisonous that you desperately try to get away from and the harder you try the worse you feel for it and suddenly you find yourself lying at the very bottom of the pit. You feel empty. You feel helpless.
I created this space in the hope of raising as much awareness as possible and help anyone else struggling with their mental health. We need more open conversations and I hope that through reading my blog posts, you feel understood. Remember you are not alone.
