10 little way to manage your mood:
- Focus on your 5 sense (watch your favourite film, burn your favourite candle or use essential oils, listen to calming music or a podcast, go for a walk, have your favourite meal).
- Trust the process
- Find a distraction
- Start a hobby
- Let it pass
- Rest
- Accept it for what it is
- Talk or write about it
- Learn about your mood
- Remember that not every day will be the same and it is going to be okay
