‘The sky has been known to soothe us.’

Research has shown that immersing yourself in nature and being among trees and animals help with your mental health. Something so soothing and calming about being in nature. Listen to the birds. Feel the sunshine on your skin. Watch the birds soar. Enjoy a moment of zen, those are hard to catch. Sometimes being in the middle of nowhere is the best place you can be.

I spotted lots of beautiful butterflies on my walk today. Their brightly coloured wings and the different patterns on them. Floating around from on place to the other. . and if this butterflies learns to fly off the page, I hope it takes me with it.
I opened my eyes hoping to see a better day…
